DIRECTIONS TO USE

• Snap Off: About 18 inches (45 cm) of the floss
• Wind the Floss: Around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2.25 inches (6 cm) of floss in between
• Guide the Floss: Gently between teeth
• Clean the Teeth: Use an up-and-down motion to clean each side of the tooth, taking care to avoid the gums
• Move to a New Section: Using a clean section of the floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth
