DIRECTION TO USE
- Preparation: Ensure that the tray is clean and free from any debris or residue. If necessary, sterilize the tray using an autoclave.
- Select the Correct Size: Choose the appropriate tray size based on the patient's dental arch and the specific requirements of the procedure.
- Prepare Impression Material: Mix the impression material according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure proper consistency for optimal results.
- Load the Tray: Fill the tray with the prepared impression material, ensuring even distribution and covering all areas of the tray.
- Seat the Tray: Place the loaded tray firmly onto the patient's dental arch, ensuring that the teeth are fully immersed in the impression material. Use gentle pressure to seat the tray securely.
- Hold in Place: Maintain the tray in position for the specified setting time, allowing the impression material to set and capture the necessary details accurately.
- Remove the Tray: Once the impression material has set, carefully remove the tray from the patient's mouth. Exercise caution to avoid distortion of the impression.
- Inspect the Impression: Examine the impression for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all teeth and surrounding structures are clearly defined.
- Sterilization: After use, sterilize the tray using an autoclave at 121°C to ensure proper hygiene and prepare it for reuse.
